Huntington Oasis

The Huntington Garden is an urban oasis. Carefully planned rose gardens flanked by classic sculptures provide a refuge from the city.
My work depicts Diana the Hunter with her faithful dog against a cartographic interpretation of the garden.
This piece was accepted into a juried show called "Oasis" sponsored by the SoCal and Southern Nevada SAQA chapter. It will be on display at the Oasis Hotel in Palm Springs in October 2015.
